We will confer with the coordinator and/or the officiant just prior to the ceremony to establish cues for when to begin and end, etc., so that everything runs smoothly.
Musicians will take one ten minute break for a wedding involving the ceremony and the cocktail hour. For events of more than two hours, musicians will take a fifteen minute break every hour and a half.
